Nine times out of ten, the title track on an album will either be my favourite track on an album or at least one of the best tracks on there.
The following is a list of exceptions:
Fear Factory – Obsolete: Nothing majorly wrong, just not as good as other tracks.
Biohazard – New World Disorder: Guest rapping from Sticky Fingaz.
Coheed And Cambria – Second Stage Turbine Blade : Just an intro.
Corrosion Of Conformity – Deliverance: Good song, but on an album of great ones.
ELP – Trilogy: Just nothing special, a bit boring even.
Exodus – Pleasures Of The Flesh: Overlong and dull on an otherwise pretty great record.
Gentle Giant – Acquiring The Taste: There are some amazing tracks on this album so this seems less good by comparison.
Iron Maiden – It seems that Hallowed Be Thy Name should be the title track here.
Megadeth – Countdown To Extinction: One of the less memorable tracks on the album.
Megadeth – Youthanasia: One of the less memorable tracks on the album. For the first half at least.
Napalm Death – Diatribes: Forgettable compared to some of the others on the album.
