I didn’t buy anything new. Not even Batman Contagion, despite severe temptation. I’ve been good. Just doing a lot of walking, eating healthily, and even getting some homework done. That and general life organizing. Its been a productive weekend.
In terms of listening to things that I haven’t been listening to regularly, I bust out Chinese Democracy tonight, which I love but haven’t been listening to a lot in 2014. I also stuck on Alice Cooper’s Schools Out, which I hated for about a year, but now think is tolerable. Then I capped it all off with Arctic Monkey’s debut, which is one of my all-time favourite albums but which I’ve been ignoring (inadvertently) lately due to prioritizing the listening of their newer material.
Other than that, the day has been spent with all my birthday gifts and recent acquisitions playing together on shuffle, while I went for a giant walk.
Also; just because I can… Here’s what I’ve been listening to lately. [Arctic Monkeys (although I love them anyway as mentioned above), Paolo Nutini and Bon Iver are usually playing if my girlfriend is visiting, because not everyone likes heavy music.]

Also, because I’ve been thinking about what a good line-up Tesseract with Animals As Leaders is, and how it would’ve been perfect if they’d added Periphery, I’ve spent the day thinking about great concert bills existant, and non-existant.
The following are some dream concert line-ups. Some of them can’t exist due to deaths and break-ups. Some of them have already existed. Some are based on genres, membership links, location, common influence, or just my own personal preference. Some are for bands I don’t even like.
Anyway, here are some dream concert line-ups, which I would totally go and see if they were available:
